We worked from Sama Coffee Shop today. Unlike Starbucks or Peet's, it has a very different vibe. Even though I'm not a coffee drinker, I ordered the Rose Cardamom Honey ☕️. Highly recommend!!
There were a lot of fellow hackers around.
There's something about working from a café—despite the people, the music, the chatter, I was able to do deep work.(without headphones).
I also submitted my blog to the r/nextjs subreddit today. I was surprised by the responses—I got a lot of positive comments. That's not usually been my experience with Reddit 😅.
One thing I realized while reviewing the post: I'm not optimizing images in my blogs or notes. This particular note ended up loading 13MB just for a single image 😬.
I'll need to switch to using next/image when parsing images from markdown going forward.
